With over 31 years of experience, Simon began his career in New Zealand as a carpenter, spending 16 years perfecting his craft before moving into supervision and becoming a registered builder for the past 15 years. His expertise lies in high-end architectural residences, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount.

Simon is passionate about site management, ensuring every trade is coordinated seamlessly. For him, success is when a home is not only visually striking but also structurally strong, meeting the expectations of both builder and client.

He gravitates towards contemporary and mid-century modern designs, and dreams of travelling to Canada and the Colorado region of the United States.
