Steve Norman

Steve brings nearly three decades of industry experience to his role, beginning his career as a carpenter and joiner in 1996. By 2003 he had moved into supervising and later became a Registered Building Practitioner, combining hands-on knowledge with leadership expertise.

Known for his sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills, Steve ensures each build is delivered with precision. He has a particular strength in structural foresight, anticipating challenges before they arise and keeping projects running smoothly.

Steve is drawn to rural farmhouse living and one-of-a-kind custom homes. He dreams of travelling through Vietnam and across Asia, and one day hopes to spend a year following the Formula 1 circuit. For him, the best part of his job is working closely with clients to transform their vision into reality, no matter the scale of the home.
