Adam Miliona

Adam brings nearly three decades of experience in architectural drafting and residential design. Over the years he has worked across a wide range of projects, from architectural firms to project homes, and has also run his own successful design practice. This wealth of experience has given him both technical expertise and an understanding of how to balance creativity with practicality.

Starting his career on the drawing board with ink pens, Adam has embraced every advancement in design technology, from early digital drafting systems to today’s 3D modelling and visualisation tools.

Adam’s strengths include technical precision, adaptability, and problem-solving, combined with artistic ability and a collaborative approach. He is particularly drawn to modern open-plan living, favouring simplicity and clean lines, neutral palettes with natural accents, and large windows that seamlessly connect interiors with the outdoors.

For Adam, the most rewarding part of his role is watching a home move from concept to completion and collaborating with his team to deliver a finished product that exceeds expectations.
Proud of his heritage, Adam hopes to travel to both Niue, his father’s birthplace, and Greece, his mother’s birthplace, to connect more deeply with his family roots.
